Contact Us
We read every message.
Our contact email address is coming soon.
We’re setting up the mailbox for our new home at simstorm.net and will publish the address here as soon as it’s live. In the meantime, you can join The Storm-Ready Briefing — every issue is replyable once the mailbox is up.
What to write about, once we’re reachable
- Corrections. Spotted an error or an out-of-date figure? Tell us where, and we’ll review it against the source. Accuracy is the whole point of this site.
- Feedback and questions. Suggestions for topics, things that were unclear, or general questions about hurricane preparedness.
- Advertising and partnerships. Inquiries about sponsorship, advertising, or collaboration.
- Press and media. Reporters and editors are welcome to reach out.
Response time
We’re a small team and reply as quickly as we can, usually within a few business days. During active storms, replies may take a little longer.
One important note
SimStorm is an educational resource, not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States), and always follow the instructions of the National Weather Service and your local emergency-management officials.
